Talk and slide show: "The Heritage of Britain" by National Trust speaker 11.00am
Lunch: Home made soup and ploughman's lunch of English cheeses and English apples. 12.30pm
Majority of French and Italian party depart by coach to Tintern Abbey with a stop at the Severn Bridge.
 
Members of Youth Twinning Forum will organise making of banner led by Cathy Adeane for children in group.

Saturday 29 October
Official ceremony, Parish Hall followed by drink and canapés. 10.30am Strictly French & Italian guests, hosts and other invited guests only None
Dispersal for lunch with hosts if required
 
Afternoon - leisure time.
Members of Youth Twinning Forum will organise treasure hunt around village for children in group.

Coffee at church for talk: "The Development of the Church of England" by ???? (in English & French)
OR
Discussion about the role of local democracy in Bathford and Artannes. An opportunity to share and question.
OR
Alternative group to make up walking parties of approximately 12 people each led by members of the Bathford Society who will give tour of village
