Just to remind you that these activities are drawing near and also of events in it that you may wish to attend.

Our French guests will arrive late in the evening of Thursday 23 April.

On Friday 24 April they will have a 'tourist' day - going round places of interest in Bath. That evening they will get together with their local counterparts and will hear about how the weekend will be conducted.

On Saturday 25 April the hard work begins with rehearsals in various venues. This will continue through Sunday, ending with a Concert in St Swithun's Church in the evening.

The musical content of this event is being led by Nick Breeze who has arranged special music for the occasion.

There will be 2 opportunities for you to meet them and to hear the results of their combined talent. We do hope that you will join us for one or both of them.

Soirée with Supper
Saturday 25 April at 7.30pm in the Parish Hall
Tickets £8 per adult and £5 children under 12 - Includes a 2 course supper and a glass of wine. TICKETS - now in the village shop or obtainable from any committee member.

Concert
Sunday 26 April at 4.00-5.00pm in St Swithun's Church
Open to all - free but donations will be invited towards the refreshments. This will be the culmination of all the activities of the weekend bringing them together in a public performance.
